2019 Resolution...Nope

Lifestyle change was already underway in 2018 and many years before but failed due to illnesses and injuries.  For these reasons, I have been working hard on doing a 180 on my health activities.   After many diet programs, $$, attempts and inconsistencies I have decided on a 80/20 approach to my nutritional and exercise goals.  But on 8/18/18, I had an unfortunate accident on a hiking trail see trip report .  Since then it has taken a lot of time to heal and soon after physical therapy came to a close I injured my back.  Now that I am healed from my 2018 injuries; stretching and wrapping will be my daily process prior to exercise that will get me back into the groove.  My hope is to get ready for the hiking trails once winter is over.
